Refund policy

Standard Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on full-price items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns require prior authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Liquidation & Clearance Items (Final Sale)

Items purchased during a liquidation or inventory-clearance sale are final sale.

  • Returns are not accepted for price changes, buyer’s remorse, or repurchasing at a lower price

  • Returns are accepted only for verified defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items

  • Liquidation pricing is one-time, non-promotional, and not retroactively matched

By completing a purchase during a liquidation event, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms at checkout.


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted to info@pitcommand.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos when requested, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved (non-liquidation items only), a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Price changes after purchase

  • Clearance or liquidation items (except for verified defects or errors)

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Items showing signs of use, alteration, or wear


Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us at info@pitcommand.com to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks filed for transactions that comply with the policies above may be contested using order confirmation records, delivery confirmation, and published return and liquidation terms.
